The first question beginners lose days to: "what should I write it in?"

Short answer: ask the AI and agree with it. Genuinely. Describe what you're making and ask it to choose. It will suggest a sane modern option that it knows well, and the question is closed.

Why that rather than "pick the right one": for a first project the difference between technologies is almost nil. They can all make websites. They can all make bots. The differences start at scales you won't reach for a long time, and by then you'll understand them yourself.

There's only one rule worth keeping: take something popular. More has been written about popular things, the AI knows them better, and answers to errors turn up immediately. Exotic choices will slow you down at every step.

And don't switch stacks halfway because you read that something else is "better". That's a reliable way to finish nothing.
