Let's go through the places and what to actually expect from them.

Communities in your subject. The most effective. Topic forums, chats, sections on places like Reddit - they return several times more than loud launches. The reason is simple: the people there actually need this.

X and Telegram. They work if you were showing the process, not only the result. People subscribe to a story, not to an announcement.

Product Hunt. Here honesty is needed: for a newcomer with no audience it barely works any more. Around five hundred submissions a day, and without your own crowd you simply don't surface. There is a point to it, but a different one: the link from there is useful for search, and the badge on your site looks solid.

Now the honest numbers, so there's no disappointment. With no audience, a good launch across several places at once brings somewhere between fifty and two hundred sign-ups. Post to one place with no followers and it's ten to thirty. Those are normal numbers, not a failure.

And the main thing: don't count on one launch. What works isn't a loud shot but repeated touches: told a community, wrote a post, shared the process, told them again.
