It will go down; it goes down for everyone. Here's the order.

Check that it's actually down. Sometimes "it's not working" means only for you: your provider, browser cache, something local. Open it from a phone on mobile data.

Remember what you changed. Nine failures out of ten happen right after a change. If you just published something, that's where the cause is.

Roll back. Don't fix first - restore the working version. People should see a working site while you investigate. That's the moment the rollback we set up earlier exists for.

Then investigate. Calmly, on the rolled-back version, with the AI. Show it the logs, tell it what you changed.

What not to do: panic-fix on the live project, or change five things at once and then guess which helped. Roll back, breathe, work it out.
