L2 on Litecoin testnet that the Litecoin team itself directly backs - not just a wink, actual public support. Rare bird: L2 on a PoW OG rather than yet another EVM fork. All activities are free (no gas burn, no mint fees, no gatekeeping NFT), so entry cost is literally zero. There's also a [builder program](https://builders.litvm.com/) live from day one, which is uncommon - usually chains roll that out a year in. If you have a small app or just want a side quest with zero downside, this is a clean one.
