Desktop automation Swiss army knife for Windows. Write scripts to automate mouse clicks, keyboard presses, window manipulation and pretty much anything you can do manually on your PC. Not a browser tool per se, but incredibly useful for automating the stuff around your browser work: switching between profiles, managing windows, hotkeys for repetitive actions. The scripting language is quirky but there's a massive library of ready-made scripts for everything.
