Data Impulse

Affordable proxy provider: residential from $1/GB, mobile from $2/GB, datacenter from $0.5/GB. 195 locations with city-level targeting and a huge selection of proxies overall. Auto-rotation, SOCKS5, API. One of the cheapest options with decent quality. Heads up: their terms don't allow users from Russia and Belarus, and Grass, NodePay and Gradient are blocked on every plan.
