Most centralized exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX and others) have a built-in P2P section where you can buy and sell crypto directly with other people using bank transfers, cards, or even cash. A proven method that works great in most countries. But if you're in the CIS region and especially Russia - don't even bother. P2P is officially unavailable there, the section is crawling with scammers, and your bank card will get blocked faster than you can say "transaction successful".
