A slow thing that works for years
Search traffic is the one source that grows by itself over time. Ads stop when the money stops, feed posts live for a day, but a page in search can bring people for years.
The minimum worth doing:
Title and description. Each page gets its own, meaningful, in words people actually use. That's what a person sees in the results.
Text on the page. Search reads text. If you have a beautiful image instead of text, there's nothing to read.
Speed and mobile. A slow site ranks worse. Same point as in the section on looks, now from this angle too.
Separate addresses. If you have a lot of content, give each part its own address. One page for everything is one line in search.
The main thing to understand about SEO: it's not about tricks, it's about patience. The first noticeable results take months. But after that they arrive on their own.
