FirstByte

Russian-language host with a nice spread of locations: Moscow, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid, Sofia, New York, Singapore, Fujairah and Tokyo, and the European and Asian servers cost the same everywhere. In Moscow a server with 1 core, 1 GB and 20 GB SSD is 189 rubles (about $2.20), there's an even smaller one for 129, and after the first month billing goes daily. The fine print is strict: the CPU is watched, and if you keep a core above 60% (hello miners and heavy nodes) they can move you to a pricier plan, while every block after an abuse complaint costs a 1,000 ruble fine. The Moscow hardware is an old 2014 Xeon. Cheap and wide, but not for heavy loads.
