Plans start at 299 rubles, about $3.50, for 1 core, 1 GB and 15 GB SSD, and a 4-core, 8 GB server is 1,579 (prices went up in 2026). Moscow, Amsterdam and Almaty, CPU.Turbo servers up to 5.7 GHz, and a configurator up to 128 cores. Ordering needs a verified phone number, and foreign cards work. For us the rules are a problem: they ban not only mining but anything that serves distributed platforms, meaning nodes too, plus any VPN, proxy, Tor, WireGuard or Tailscale on the server. In summer 2026 their Amsterdam datacenter kept failing on cooling, and they moved to a new one at the end of August. For normal websites and business projects, a solid default.
