Looks like a European host, but it's a Moscow company founded in 2024 working under Russian law. Prices really are low: 1 core, 2 GB and 25 GB NVMe for €4.29 a month (about $4.90), 8 cores with 16 GB for €19.99, in Moscow, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria and New York, with a 10 Gbps port in Moscow and free L3/L4 DDoS filtering. Now the fine print: before activation you must verify your identity with a Russian mobile number, their rules explicitly ban running nodes and anything else that supports blockchain networks, support answers in Russian on weekdays only, and they can block you for complaining about them in public. For our crowd it's a pass.
