Russian enterprise cloud since 2008 with seriously powerful hardware: bare metal with up to 2,048 GB of RAM if you need a small supercomputer, plus cloud, Kubernetes and S3, the full stack. The pleasure isn't necessarily expensive anymore: in May 2026 they launched a simple VDS line from 200 rubles a month (1 core, 1 GB, 10 GB NVMe, about $2.40) up to 8 cores and 16 GB for 3,000, in Moscow and St Petersburg, VAT included. The fine print on that line: the CPU is shared and their terms allow up to 90% steal time, and downtime isn't compensated. Payment is Russian only: Russian cards, SBP, YooMoney or bank transfer, no foreign cards and no crypto. Sign-up needs a verified phone, and mining is banned on VDS. For serious projects in Russia it's one of the best in quality.
