  • No nodesIts terms ban running blockchain nodes or validators.

Russian cloud platform that tries to be the local DigitalOcean and honestly does a decent job at it: cloud servers, managed databases, Kubernetes, S3 and domains in one place, hourly billing, free unlimited traffic and support in Russian 24/7. Regions: St Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Almaty, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and New York. Watch the prices: the 'from 900 rubles' on their site is a yearly prepay with IPv4 switched on. Month to month, the popular Cloud-40 (2 cores, 2 GB, 40 GB NVMe) is 800 rubles plus 200 for a public IPv4, so 1,000, and the smallest server from the configurator (1 core, 1 GB, 15 GB) comes to 790 with IPv4. The rules are strict for our crowd: mining and reward-earning validators are banned, and so are proxies, VPNs for getting around blocks, boosting bots and checkers. Amsterdam also had about 46 hours of downtime in May and June 2026. Good for CIS projects that need low latency to Moscow.
