Budget Russian host with servers in Moscow and Amsterdam, NVMe everywhere and daily billing, and unused balance can be refunded. In Moscow the smallest server (1 core, 1 GB, 32 GB NVMe) is 350 rubles (about $4.15), while Amsterdam starts at 1,950 for 4 cores and 6 GB, so it's no longer the cheap European option. The pays-with-anything reputation is outdated too: I found no official sign of crypto or SBP, and the site itself hasn't been updated since 2021. For a simple server in Moscow it does the job.
