The cheap Finland and Netherlands plans it was loved for are sold out, so today it starts at 1 core, 2 GB and 30 GB NVMe for 459 rubles (about $5.40), and a fast 8-core Ryzen with 16 GB is 1,399, cheaper than their 4-core plan because it's an older CPU line. Pay by card, SBP, PayPal or crypto. Their rules ban mining, even though another page on their own site says mining is fine, so trust the rules. Not for serious production: users report outages and slow support, and a refund means mailing a paper letter to London. For tests and temporary projects it's fine.
